Land of the FREE

God and Country

We must never forget
how those desperate few came from afar,
crossing an uncharted ocean in wooden ships,
risking all to start their lives again
in an untamed land
that allowed them the freedom
to express their faith in God.

They did so each day
as they toiled to survive
the harsh conditions of this new frontier,
thanking God for allowing them to be here,
and keeping Him always near
in their thoughts and hearts,
knowing even in the worse times and greatest fears
their belief in Him would persevere.

These are the ones
whose children and grandchildren
would one day take another stand
in their colonial homeland
for freedom's sake
that gave birth to our beloved USA.

So, think about where
our great country would be
without a faith in God
that began with those long ago,
and sustained strongly so
throughout Her glorious history
to this very day.

That is why
America is
and will always be
the land of the free,
deep rooted in
love of God and country!

One of my top 3 favorite holidays is our National Independence Day. I have a deep respect for the Greatest Country on earth. I feel blessed and honored to live here and enjoy the freedom we have. To all the partiot haters, traders, disloyal & unthankful illegals, terrorists, anti-Americans that have a problem with The Red, White, and Blue....leave. Thanks to our great veterans and soldiers who give for you and I to sleep in peace. This is the land that I love. I hope you all enjoy your 4th of July! God Bless America!

I am blessed

God is faithful! He gave me the job at Alaniz! Thank God. God's time is right.
I couldn't think of more perfect time to get this job than right now. He knows just when we need it the most and he puts it all together just right. Now I live, work, and work for God in Fremont. I'm stoked about that. The location is 8 miles from my front door, a lot better than 27 miles to my current job. That means I can drive to and from work 18 times on one tank of gas...right now I go back and forth from work in 6 days on one tank of gas. I feel so blessed. Thank you everyone for your prayers and support. God answers Prayer.

High Hopes

It's always good to expect good things to happen. Your perspective and attitude about life will greatly determine where you end up. I love married life with my darling Bride, and we have many high hopes for our future. Lynna is looking into working with children, which I support and believe is trully awesome. Women are so great with children by nature...it's important to feed that. She applied at a place which tutors Autistic children. Sounds like a great challenge and I know my wife has the loving heart for it.

I am going to my third interview at Alaniz Construction, Inc in Fremont, Ca on Monday June 30th. I really like the owner Jesse Alaniz and his wife Rosy...they are true blue, genuine people. You can tell they are not fake, and they don't seem to live for the applause of others.

I have created some sample marketing materials for them as they need some marketing life in the company. The company is very professional and not a thrown together opperation. I am excited about joining their team and being able to live a balanced life in near home, work, and church. My confidence is in the Lord, if he would like me to have this job. I feel really good about it. But, if it doesn't happen, I know that God has something else in store for me and I will not be down or worried. It's easy to get down when life sets you back, but I honestly believe in the plan of God. God has a future for each one of us. God knows what our dreams are, but guess what...His dreams, plans, and vision for our life is greater than we can imagine. When you let God unfold your life isn't it amazing how much better it turns out? When you put God in the drivers seat and stop sitting on the throne. I'll let everyone know how it turns out. I also applied at PG&E and of course....Alameda County Office of the Assessor. My hopes are high, cuz God is on my side.
